I'm emdr trained and this was recommended by an emdr supervisor. Great investment; well worth the money. It has improved my skills and effectiveness with the first two protocols I chose - which were the chapters by Kathie O'Shea. They have helped with all of my cases, even the un-complicated.

I used the pre-verbal protocol with a teenager and it worked wonders! The mother was so pleased with the results she then brought the client's brother to see me.
This book is full of helpful strategies and especially helpful for the seasoned EMDR clinician.
